morning in Hanoi
So I changed $20 USD and got 350 VND. Felt pretty rich! The hotel sent me off with someone who works here on his motor scooter to take me to a pharmacy where I coughed on command to the pharmacist and he immediately grabbed a box of zithromax, haha! Too bad I already had some from the US, I'm sure it would have been cheaper here...

It sounds like such a great experience. I hope you are taking a ton of pictures. I can't wait for you to come back and see everything you have gotten. Make sure you buy a ton of cheap stuff since our money is worth more over there. Back home your money is not worth the paper it is printed on! Ha!
